Discounted Rate

Discounted rate accommodation is available at the Bond Place Hotel Downtown Toronto. The cut-off date for discounted rate accommodation is the 25th of March 2010.

The hotel discount Code is CICE2010 (Rate: $79.00 Canadian dollars per night). This code can only be used via e-mail reservation@bondplace.ca or telephone booking (+1 416-362-6061 or +1-800-268-9390). When making reservations, participants will need to provide a credit card to guaranteee their hotel rooms. The reservation department is open Monday to Friday 8AM to 6PM.

Payment

Payment is to be guaranteed on a Credit Card and all individuals can settle their respective bills on departure. If a company or individual other than the guest is paying for the accommodation, a "Credit Card" authorisation form can be fax and proof of card holder's signature is required, stating exactly what is to be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Transportation

There is Toronto Airport Express bus which operates between Toronto Pearson International Airport and Bond Place Hotel. You will be dropped by the entrance of the hotel.
